I see the pictures, but just how good is the condition going to be on my order?
First of all, have the confidence that your product will be exactly as represented – no surprises. Secondly, as a general statement, all used products are in very good to excellent as is condition. This is not “scratch and dent” merchandise. This is not “seconds” or “defectively manufactured product.” This is furniture crafted by the world’s best manufacturers, bought by their best customers, and now – discovered and made available to you by Restyle.
If the product’s so good, why is it available at all?
The exceptional commercial grade furniture we sell, commonly performs for 20 years or more. However, in today’s business environment with mergers, acquisitions, moves, and consolidations, high quality nearly new furniture can become available at any time. Most of the sources for our furniture are prospering, but coping with changing market conditions. For you the buyer – huge savings can be realized.
How quickly can you get my project completed?
With no manufacturing cycle, a streamlined specification process, and our unique Maximum Value Process to drive events, projects move very quickly. We’ve designed and installed as many of 300 workstations in less than 30 days from our client’s first call. Our multiple inventories strategically located around the country allow virtually instantaneous shipment.
I need a lot of furniture – including boardroom, and private offices. Can you handle something of this size and importance?
It is routine for Restyle to furnish 100, 200, and 300 person offices to meet a wide range of often complex requirements. We work closely with architects, designers, general contractors, and other trades to assure prompt and coordinated results.
I have multiple offices around the country. What geographic area do you serve?
Restyle supports it’s clients throughout North America. We pride ourselves in providing responsive and direct project management in all major markets. Our out of town clients tell us that we serve them at least as well, and frequently better, than their local dealerships.
My project is ½ way across the continent, will it really pay for me to use Restyle on this project?
Freight and airline costs are insignificant in comparison to the savings generated with our unique Maximum Value Process. Sourcing and stocking our products coast to coast also frequently negates distance issues.

What warranty do you offer?
All products are warranted for a minimum of one year, parts and labor, with options to upgrade for an additional two years.
I see furniture for sale on the internet all the time. Why wouldn’t I just buy from them?
Buying on the internet is a high-risk proposition. Think of all the factors beyond what you see online: what is the product’s history? Who will design the product into your space to maximize functionality? Can you purchase the correct quantities? How do you check the seller’s integrity? How do you safely arranging payment terms? Who is going to perform the teardown, loadout, and packing for transport, arrange installation, cleaning and touchup, co-ordination with other trades, purchasing supplemental products and parts, and perform warranty repairs? What’s my existing furniture worth, and would you trade it in for more productive and functional furniture?
Furniture value is a function of many issues including current trends in the secondary market, current new values, site conditions, timing, and finishes. Restyle can help you make an educated choice in disposal of your furniture, and will provide a written analysis of value. Restyle is constantly in a purchase mode for the finest in office furnishings.
Can you help us with financing of the furniture?
Restyle works with a variety of financial firms. We can provide introductions and make recommendations as to which firms may best fit your needs.
How can you sell at these price points when, for years I’ve bought at more than twice these prices?
Restyle is an idea whose time has come. The dynamic forces at work on North American business, the exceptional quality of major manufacturer’s furniture, and Restyle’s 18 years experience all come into play to create these extraordinary values.
Why do you sell only major manufactures, and leading commercial grade furniture?
Office furniture is not a great value unless it is a long lasting value. There is simply no better value than major manufacturers at deeply discounted prices. Our clients appreciate BOTH major manufacturer quality AND the value of their capital. At ½ the cost of new, and with perhaps another 15 years of usable life in the products, no furniture segment has better value. Not new, not new imports, not new office supply store, not remanufactured. Nothing.
Price is everything to us. Are you the right source?
If price is THE concern, we recommend scratch and dent stores, IKEA, and Staples. If price and major manufacturer quality are BOTH issues, we recommend you talk to Restyle.
What’s the least expensive project you’ve ever done and how good of a deal can I expect?
Typical project pricing from Restyle falls in the 22 to 24 cents on the dollar list / 76% to 78% discount from list range. Our lease expensive project ever was done at 16 cents on the dollar/ 84% discount from list.
